Monday morning weigh in 90.4kg, Saturday morning weigh in 90.2kg
This was a deload week, where I essentially lifted only 50-60% of my 1RM for each lift. Nonetheless, some of it still felt rather heavy. The gym was freezing though (the heating is broken ... and needs fixing very soon!) and it was difficult to keep warmed up. One thing that did occur to me was that over the Xmas holidays I was not regularly taking my daily co-enzyme Q10 supplement, which I am now back on track with, so maybe that had some effect, though I have no idea. We will see what happens next week when I pick up from where I left off the week prior to the deload. I also upped my calories slightly on Tuesday by adding a fourth egg and an extra half of a protein scoop to my breakfast pancake!
This weeks work sets were as follows:
Monday: Late start (Bank holiday hours 4-10 pm) Squats for volume 70kg (10,10,10,10,10), Bench for volume 50kg (10,10,10,10,10)
Tuesday: Deadlifts for volume 90kg (10,10,10,10,10).
